My clubs were picked up on time &…

My clubs were picked up on time & delivered ahead of schedule on both ends of the trip.They were delivered intact
I had to change the return trip and was able to quickly do this with a single phone call.
Ship Sticks sure beats hauling the clubs to & from the airport.
I highly recommend the service.

If nothing goes wrong....

I'm sure ship sticks is great when nothing goes wrong but, that was not what happened in my case. My clubs arrived to my golf vacation destination 17 days after they were shipped and 12 days after I returned home.
I could list all the excuses I was given but, that would makes this a very long post. Basically the clubs went to FedEx in Memphis and sat there for 2 weeks. Ship Sticks has no leverage with FedEx to resolve the issue. "We are at the mercy of the shipping company" I was told day after day.
So, what does Ship Sticks offer for service when a problem arises?...nothing. I could have shipped the stick myself and got the same results. Also worth noting, once the insurance claim was filed for $2000.00 to replace my clubs, the clubs showed up a day later...amazing. Also worth noting ship sticks gives you two hundred dollars to buy shoes, balls, glove and rent clubs. That's it. Three rounds of golf using rental clubs is more than 200 dollars alone. I paid for the clubs to be shipped home myself out of my own pocket. Ship sticks cost me an extra $347.00 in rentals and return shipping. When I asked them what they could do about that cost I was told we can only reimburse up to $200.00 Ship with them at your own risk and pray nothing goes wrong.

Horrible Experience

Shipsticks lost my bag resulting in a 4 day delivery delay. I had to rent clubs each of these four days and they did not reimburse me for any of these costs. When I tried to reach customer service, there was a 45 minute wait (I waited on the phone multiple times trying to get ahold of someone) and the representative never provided me with any new information. Instead they said they would call me back after connecting with fedex, but never reached back out to me. This company is a joke and I will never use them again.
